Coal- As we all know, Coal is such a sweet little boy who is adored by all who meet him. Therefore we are thrilled to announce his adoption by Marta & Ken B. They live in Bolton, MA and have other horses of their own. They too first met Coal at the Bolton Fair and fell instantly in love with him after receiving kisses from him through the fence. Coal will remain with LHER for one month before moving to his new, forever home.
Lucky is indeed a lucky boy! His new family are John & Carol F. of Worcester. They met him at the Bolton Fair and spent most of the day coming back to visit him. Talk about love at first sight! Thank you John & Carol for seeing how truly special he is and making him a member of your family. We look forward to working with you and Lucky!
Touch of Faith- was adopted by Jennifer B. from Ballston Spa, NY. Jennifer has two horses, goats, and chickens on her 6 acre farm. The filly was an early Christmas present from her dad! Congratulations Jennifer and we look forward to receiving updates and pictures! A big thank you to Nina from Easy Street Horse Rescue in New York. Nina conducted a farm check at Jennifer's on behalf of Lucky Horse Equine Rescue. Nina assured LHER this was the perfect home.
Wonder has been adopted by Kim T. of Monson, MA. Kim has named him "Limited Edition", barn name Enzo. The names fit him well! Kim owns a farm with her husband. They have 2 horses, a mini horse, 3 dogs, and Penny the Pig.
This is what Kim said in a recent email to LHER, "I spent the afternoon just watching and realizing how lucky I am to have them both in my life. I can not tell you how much I appreciate all that you did for me and how much I appreciate everything Jen has done with Enzo. I promise to make sure he lives up to his full potential and he will always be safe and happy!"

Bella and Sox's new mom, Cindy, lives in Sturbridge MA. From the barn you can see the lake and the state park which has a vast trail system for riding horses. There are only two other horses at the barn right now. One is Foxy which is Cindy's 31 yr old mare. Cindy adopted her when she was 1 yr old and trained her. She will be the surrogate mommy for the babes. There is also a 7 yr old morgan who is very cute and playful. I am sure they will be great friends eventually. The babes have their own paddock but can touch noses with the big horses for now.
We think that they will be a perfect fit in their new, forever home!
